Welcome to Zikui AI. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform for appealing parking fines, police traffic fines, and public transit fines. Use of the site constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the service.

Services offered
Zikui AI provides a technology platform that helps users draft appeals on parking fines, police traffic fines (administrative objection track) and public transit fines using artificial intelligence. The service includes:
- Automatic analysis of fine details
- Professional appeal drafting based on the data provided
- Recommendations for relevant legal arguments
- Creation of a formatted appeal document ready for submission
Zikui AI is a technology platform for managing and drafting appeal letters for fines. The company is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent clients in court. Use of the service does not constitute a substitute for professional legal advice.
Zikui AI is not responsible for the appeal status after submission. From the moment the appeal is sent to the relevant authority, everything that follows - reviewing the request, issuing a response, filing an objection, representation, or any further action - is the user's sole responsibility vis-a-vis the authority. Zikui AI is not a party to the authority's decision-making process and has no control over the appeal's outcome.
User responsibility
4.1 Accuracy of information
The user is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Zikui AI is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incorrect or missing information.
4.2 Lawful use
The user undertakes to use the service for lawful purposes only and not to provide false or misleading information.
4.3 Content review
The user is responsible for reviewing the content of the generated appeal and ensuring it matches their specific situation before submission.
4.4 Fine verification
It is the user's sole responsibility to verify that the fine is valid, exists in the authority's system, and has not been previously appealed before making payment.
Limitation of liability
5.1 No legal advice
The service provides a technological tool for drafting documents and does not constitute legal advice. Zikui AI is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent clients. We recommend consulting with an attorney in complex cases.
5.2 No guarantee of outcome
Zikui AI does not warrant or guarantee any particular result in an appeal. The final decision rests with the competent authority.
5.3 Service availability
We strive for full availability but do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption.
5.4 Liability cap
Zikui AI is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from service use. Zikui AI's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that caused the damage.
Payment and pricing
The cost of the service starts at 10 NIS per single appeal submission, depending on the plan selected. Payment is processed via a secure payment system (Sumit). Prices may change from time to time, and the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the transaction. Zikui AI does not store credit card details - they are handled exclusively by the payment provider.
Cancellation and refund policy
6a.0 Service not delivered
If, for any reason attributable to Zikui AI, the appeal was not submitted to the authority and was not delivered to the customer, the full amount paid will be refunded. The customer receives the service they purchased, and in any case where the service was not provided the payment is refunded in full.
6a.1 After submission
No refund, since the service has been completed.
6a.2 Already appealed or non-existent fine
If the fine is already under appeal or does not exist in the authority's system, no refund will be provided.

Eligibility
The service is intended for individuals, age 18 and above, residents of Israel. Use on behalf of third parties is prohibited without their explicit permission.
Intellectual property
All rights in the platform, including code, design, logo, and technology, belong to Zikui AI. The user is granted a limited license for personal use only. Copying, duplicating, or distributing the service without written permission is prohibited.
Privacy and data security
We are committed to protecting user privacy and securing personal information. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to the Terms of Service
Zikui AI reserves the right to update the Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site and communicated via email. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination of use
Zikui AI may suspend or terminate a user's access to the service in the event of a breach of these Terms of Service, misuse of the service, or unlawful activity.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in Israel.
